Baked Ham

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 shank ham

Whole cloves

Small can of sliced pineapples

2 cups brow sugar

2 jars ham glaze

1 can ginger ale or 7up

 

  Prep Time ~ 20 minutes - Cook Time:  45 minutes
PLACE ham in roasting pan
PREHEAT oven to 325 degrees.
MIX brown sugar, ginger ale (7up), 1 jar of ham glaze and pineapple juice.  Mix until brown sugar is dissolved.  Add some cloves to the mixture.
POUR over ham.  Sprinkle additional clove on top of ham.  Add pineapple rings on top of ham.  (They will eventually fall to the bottom of the pan). 
POUR remaining jar of ham glaze over ham.
COVER and BAKE for 40 minutes.
REMOVE from oven.  Spoon juice over top of ham.
Suggestion: Purchase a spiral cut ham.  This will save time with cutting the ham.
