| Potato Salad | |||

INGREDIENTS: 3 pounds with potatoes 12 boiled eggs 1 medium onion 2 teaspoons celery salt 2 oz jar pimientos 1 tablespoon miracle whip 1/3 cup sugar 1/5 ounces pickle juice 3 tablespoons mustard Sandwich spread, add to complete Paprika |
Cook Time: 40 minutes - Prep Time ~ 30 minutes | ||
| BOIL potatoes 40 - 50 minutes. Cool and remove skin. Cut and add to bowl. | |||
| BOIL eggs for 30 minutes. Cool and remove shells. | |||
| CHOP onion finely. Add to bowl. | |||
| ADD celery salt, pimientos, miracle whip, sugar, pickle juice and mustard to mixing bowl. Mix well. | |||
| ADD spoon full of sandwich spread, one tablespoon at a time. Continue adding until potato salad is complete. DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH SANDWICH SPREAD. The potato salad will be too soupy. | |||
|
SPRINKLE top
with paprika.
