Macaroni-n-Cheese | |||
INGREDIENTS: 2 pounds shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 pounds shredded White Cheddar Cheese 2 pounds shredded Colby Cheese Butter 1 - 16 ounce can evaporated milk 3 eggs salt and pepper

Prep Time ~ 30 minutes - Cook Time: 30 - 40 minutes | ||
BOIL one 16 ounce box of macaroni per instructions on box. Rinse and drain. | |||
PREHEAT oven to 325 degrees. | |||
ADD LAYER macaroni. Top with slices of butter. sprinkle with salt and pepper (light on the salt). Add layer of cheddar and colby shredded cheese. Repeat layer of macaroni, butter, salt and pepper, and cheese. |

MIX eggs. Add can of evaporated milk and continue to mix. | |||
POUR eggs and milk mixture over top layer of cheese. | |||
COOK 30 to 40 minutes. Macaroni will be done when top layer of cheese starts to brown slightly. | |||
REMOVE from oven and serve. | |||
