Cornbread | |||
INGREDIENTS: Quaker Corn meal 1 1/4 cups of flour 3/4 cup of corn meal 1/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 egg 1 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil
(For a big holiday meal, multiply recipe times 3) |
Prep/Cook Time: ~ 1 hour | ||
PREHEAT oven to 325 degrees. | |||
GREASE pan with cooking oil or Pam. | |||
COMBINE: Dry ingredients | |||
ADD eggs, milk and vegetable oil. | |||
STIR until dry ingredients are moist. | |||
POUR into baking pan. | |||
COOK 25 to 35 minutes, depending on amount made. Refer to cooking directions on box.. | |||
PROCEED to Dressing recipe. | |||
